Brio Italian Grille

Our server was fantastic at Brio. We enjoyed both of our appetizers. We had the bruschetta sampler and spinach and artichoke dip. However, our entrees left a lot to be desired. My lasagna (pictured) was sitting in a puddle of grease and tasted like those rectangular sausage pizzas you would get in grade school. I would have actually preferred to eat the rectangular school pizza over this lasagna that we paid $18.99 for. We likely won’t be returning to Brio any time soon and will support more local Italian restaurants.

Once you get past the young lady seating people who looks like she hates her job, the experience is great! Our server was awesome! I forget her name but she had red hair. The food was delicious and full of flavor! The food quality is worth it for what we spent. I recommend the sausage rigatoni(its spicy) and lobster/shrimp alfredo. I grew up Italian. What about you? This place brought tears to my eyes. It felt like my Nonna was right there showing them what to do. The Waitress, she was like one of my Cousins at Sunday Dinner. She couldn't do enough for me. The Manager was like my Uncle Little Luigi. Forget about! I wanted for nothing. To end off that spectacular meal, I had a Cappuccino. Just like Mama used to make. Listen to me. If you are anywhere near Brio's Italian Grille, don't walk there. Run! Mi piace tanto!
