Online order J2F-GA2 I think that’s a joke. The portion is 1/2 smaller than regular. Never again.
Order a $25 bowl expecting my extra rice, and proteins and got a bowl half way filled that might weigh 10oz. Sad how online orders are not taken seriously, especially when we pay 10-20% more for the service. Then tip on top of it! Customer service is a robot and gives you a free entree on next visit... Why would I want to go back and get the exact same issues this store has had for months now? Wish I could upload the photo, but stay clear of this location.
Place was filthy no clean tables but plenty of them were open. Received attitude when I asked for the corn salsa and the girl had to get a new pan. Received a dirty look when I asked for a bit more lettuce at the end. The staff made me feel like a total inconvenience to their day. I would rather drive 20 more minutes to the other locations then to return to this one and that’s coming from someone who works in the industry.
