Buffalo Wild Wings

Here a year ago and it was the same. Can't believe they're still open. Food is great BUT Attention to the customer is really lacking. The staff seemed to be more into each other. You order and you're done. Not giving them a Third chance.

This was NOT a great experience! The Manager David made it even worse, the food was Cold & Lukewarm, Salad was missing the Chicken and he gave us Energy as if we were there for free food? I'm absolutely APPALLED at the treatment we encountered dining at this establishment. We a Party of 4 will never return again. David needs a Lesson on how to treat each Guest, maybe it was the Color of Our Skin that brought his negative energy. But he just Lost good Customers and great tippers. Oh our Server was extremely nice but played a big part in the Delivery of our food being served Cold because the Orders were not placed correctly. The Salad was the Kicker for me 4 thin slices of Chicken on a bed of Lettuce. Presentation is everything.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I put in an order and waited over 2 hours to get my food and the majority of my order was wrong. They had a nice young man working at the To-Go counter, but they did not train him well as he had a hard time working the computer to take my order. Only one server who kept stopping by to tell us it's almost done, and that one if the cooks quit. I say we as there was another guest who had waited 3 hours for their order. All this waiting on our food, yet the server was able to seat 4 separate tables all of whom got their food and left WHILE WE WAITED!! So they definitely were not worried about our to-go orders. Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and sauce fall out into the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. Not to mention when I finally sat down to eat, ALL of my wings were covered in the hottest sauce, even though I ordered Classic Buffalo and Mango Habenero, they decided to add i
