Chili's Grill & Bar

The bartender (late middle-aged woman) was horrible. My brother and I decided to start our adventure at chili's due to seat availability at the bar. We were met by the mentioned bartender asking if we were together. We said yes. We use the qr code and attempt to order through the app. We both had the code in front of out chair and began to peruse the option and figure thing out. His app crashed and we attempted to reorder from my phone. Hearing our discussion, this bartender did the right thing and asked if we needed assistance. I said I was ordering from my app and she abruptly informed me it's not possible since we said we were together. I said, "this app (process) was not very intuitive"; her abruptly repeating, "you said you were together!" Save your business; go anywhere else.

Consistent Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers but your side option is fries. That’s it. Crispers were doused in sauce - fries sucked and only consolidation was dipping them in leftover sauce.

Today September 1, 2022 at 8:00pm. The restaurant manager behind the bar was very rude and unprofessional and racist! She refused to take our order steady saying our server was coming! Whom of which stated he was going on break when he approached our table! The manager did nothing about it and stated I had to sit in a chair in order for her to take my order but took other white peoples order that where standing just like I was! Lambert should be ashamed to have a manager like that working in any of their locations inside the airport where all types of people come though daily! I don’t know her name but she was on Chilis work schedule as the manager on duty today September 1, 2022 at 8pm central time! She needs to be fired to say the least and the server whom refused to do his job as well! I wish I could give them zero stars cause that’s what they deserve!!!!
