Chili's Grill & Bar

My daughter and I stopped by on Father's Day for a quick bite. As usual, you can't go wrong with chips and salsa. I got a burger, and my daughter got the cajan chicken pasta. It's always been good. The staff were friendly and polite. The only complaint is towards corporate. You all had the original chicken crisper for at least 25 years. I still ask every time we go, just hoping that they are back. When we ask, I am told a lot of other customers also ask. How can you keep something from the menu when, after all this time, it is still popular and also still has a demand for it. Please bring them back. Deeply concerned original chicken crisper connoisseur.

This place just isn’t the same as it use to be, or it just doesn’t care about its to-go orderers. Ive just had a couple “incidents” with this restaurant.. but today was the final straw. I ordered tonight , and my broccoli had literal mold on it, picture provided... my asparagus doesn’t taste cooked, it was tough to chew, almost as if it were raw if you will (if you’ve seen asparagus cooked before my image should show you how “cooked” it was) .… the only thing that was actually cooked was my steaks.. and I asked for that medium well. I’ve gone to this location since a child and slowly have watched this specific location dwindle… my kids didn’t even want to eat their food.. what a lovely experience at my local Chilies.. I’m not trying to bash the company, I love to come here… I’m just tired of feeling like this establishment doesn’t even care.. every time I get it to take out, it’s like we get food thats been just sitting around all day or the cook just doesn’t care about the food he’s a
