Let me save you the pictures of the food I spit out. Wondering why I couldn’t chew it and then I find cardboard/paper in my sushi is my last straw. Sad because I use to love this place. Waited for them to reopen and ever since I have had nothing but bad experiences. … More
This was my first visit in some time as they were closed (I believe due to renovations). Scott was our chef and he was excellent. It was my first time getting a singing chef and his singing was quite good and totally unexpected. We also tried the egg roll appetizer for the first time and it was excellent. We had such a great time we didn't notice that our soup/salad course got forgotten. We didn't realize until we were walking to the car so it was too late to do anything but it was a bit of a bummer (and the hit on the service ranking). I personally always look forward to the soup/salad course at the restaurants due to the unique salad dressings.
Still one of the best hibachi experiences in town. The chefs are always entertaining and attentive. I’m hoping they can step the food up a little taste wise and bring this place up a notch. Dietary restrictions: They are able to do gluten free if you let them know at the hibachi grill!
