Chick-fil-A

It's Chick-fil-A.... what's not to love? except in this case, I must have hit them on an off night. they took orders way out of order- even taking the car behind me before me.... so when he told me which car to follow, he realized i couldn't follow the car behind me and said to just follow any car you want. this caused a jam at the window so I was stuck in line with food while waiting for them to fix food for the car in front of me.... just a real mess! Finally, when I got home i realized they shorted me a sandwich. when I went back to get my missing sandwich, the waiter seemed really confused and even asked " so what do you want?" I want the meal I paid for! And with a 10 minute drive each way, plus another 10 minutes to get through normal Chick-fil-A traffic jams/lines, my fries were cold and my drink was watered down. I expect better from Chick-fil-A.

It's hard to write a negative review for any Chick-fil-A but since we were not given a survey option we will turn to writing a review. The inside smelt terrible at the front counter; overpowering mildew smell. Our order was wrong and the young man who brought our food to us was deliberately rude. We greeted the man and thanked him for bringing the food while he locked eyes with us, glared, ignored any further interaction and walked off. It was odd and we don't understand how our dining experience went so wrong and the interactions were so unlike the establishment's character. Will dine at other Chick-fil-A franchises and forgo the Rockwall location. Sad.
