El Chico Cafe

We visited for a birthday party with about 12 people and the service was very great. We received our drinks and appetizers quickly, including the delicious complimentary tortillas. We had enough time to interact with eachother before our food arrived. My burrito bowl was tasty and had a nice spice to it. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and how attentive they were. Definitely 5 stars for me and I hope they can maintain the same level of service for my next trip.

Excellent service, our server today was Bryan he did amazing. We had our food on a timely matter. No mixups in the order. I'm glad I gave this place a second chance. We will be back soon!

First of all, the service is EXCELLENT !! Very attentive staff, and genuine. Alexa took my order and was very helpful. I went there tonight. I'm not from Dallas and was in town for business. I was staying at the Hilton in Rockwell and googled local restaurants. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the host. Very friendly. The hostess that walked me to my table was very friendly. And chatty. I like that. I asked for her recommendation as I told her I had never been here before. She recommended the fajitas, which I ordered. The steak was moist and flavourful. The chicken was tasty, needed a little salt for my liking. The sides were perfect. The Charo beans were delicious. And the flour tortillas were the bomb. If I'm back in North Dallas, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
