I've been meaning to check out this little food truck for a while, but wind/weather/circumstance kept getting in the way. I'm glad I finally made it out there, as this was an excellent pizza. In my opinion, the pizza here is some of the best you'll find in KC, which makes the fact it comes out of a truck even more impressive. The homemade sourdough crust is great, giving a great mix of firmness and lightness to what is otherwise a pretty heavy pizza with all the toppings and cheese. The sauce, also homemade, is on a different level; it's sweet and has some nice tang that compliments everything else on the pie. What would I change to make it perfect? Not much. A little less cheese, a little more sauce, but I'm really picking nits. If you're looking for some great pizza from a passionate and self-described Pizza Geek, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Was working in the area, and stopped by on a whim for lunch today. Normally don't leave tons of reviews, but the experience was outstanding and I had to say something. The sauce was the highlight for me, excellent flavor with a hint of sweetness. Honestly one of the best sauces I've ever had on a Pizza. Crust was flavorful, and cheese was not excessively greasy. I don't normally like New York style pizza that much, but this was very well made. Chef Baldee was incredibly friendly, had my order ready exactly when he said it would be done, and I loved the artwork on my pizza box. Clearly someone who is passionate about his business and loves what he does. Give him a try, wish I lived a bit closer!
