Excellent service, excellent food, but comically overpriced. Steaks, one glass of wine and two beers cost me $263 for two people. The steak was certainly delicious, but really, so many are. Nothing special here at all to justify the nose-bleed high price. I could have had this same dinner with equal or better quality at any number of steak houses, like Roadhouse, Longhorn even Outback.

If you're looking for an extremely leisurely meal, this is the place. 20 minutes to get a drink, another 20 minutes to take our order and a full hour for supper. Very slow. The food is extraordinarily ordinary and overpriced and seasoned with a heavy hand of salt. Drinks are pricey which is probably why it takes so long to get ones meal. I can now say we tried this place and I'm probably not coming back.

Their dishes are expensive for a reason—because they are worth every penny spent. Delicious. I opted for the Manhattan steak (14oz of sheer bliss) with grilled asparagus. Our waiter John was great, and the general manger, Joe, shared great history about the stockyards beginnings and the fire that took it down. Every bite was savored and the ambiance takes you back to simpler times when beef—it was always what was for dinner!
