Sad to have to write this review! Have always loved Brandy's, but had never been to the one on Golf Rd. in Schaumburg. My husband ordered fajitas. (His go-to since he doesn't eat cheese.) Well- the chicken was smothered in cheese. We've never seen fajitas served this way. He asked them to remake it for him. (Mind you- the dish is $16 and $4 for his drink.) A few minutes later, they serve his dish---- but this time---- the chicken is completely covered in red sauce. Beneath the red sauce?? Loads of cheese! We were embarrassed---it was awkward- we didn't want to create a scene- so he proceeded to pick off the melted cheese--- not able to get all of it. Before we even left the place- he had to run to the bathroom. He got sick on it!!!! I took a taste of the chicken? Dry and ashy- like eating burnt cardboard. Disgusted they would serve my husband this dish and then try to cover the cheese in sauce. And it was like a pasta sauce! ON FAJITAS! Brandy's---- you lost our business! And we are le
