Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just terrible customer service. Just ordered chips and guacamole through the app hoping to just run in and grab it off the shelf quick as I was under a time constraint. When I arrived my order was not ready but I waited there 5 minutes and then asked the cashier about my order. He asked my name and then told me they just got a large order right before me and that I'll have to wait. At this point there was no one in line for food and about 5 available employees that could grab a order of chips and guacamole for me. After waiting there for 13 minutes they finally fulfilled the order before me and gave me my chips and guacamole. What a joke.

The worst meal at any Chipotle I've ever been to. Meat was burned to a crisp on one side and dry throughout. The rice wasn't seasoned at all. Even the guacamole was bad - 50% of it was one solid lump of avocado.

Just didn't taste fresh portions were underwhelming as well could be better for chipotle other locations usually I would give a 4 star but this one was lacking. Food : 2/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 … More
