My Roast Turkey, Ranch, & Bacon Wrap had honey mustard sauce instead of ranch, and it was hot instead of cold. It tasted okay, but it wasn't what I ordered. Another time my BLT had honey mustard instead of mayonnaise so somebody at Arby's must love honey mustard. I think labeling the sauce bottles might help.
The service was fast and friendly, but hadn't been to an Arby's since pre Covid. The $6 sandwich was all bun, there was virtually no meat on it. They also dropped the hot ham and cheese which was a favorite of mine
Drive thru about 2pm, I was charged for but they didn't include 2 sandwiches or the dip. They didn't give a receipt & I was shorted a couple bucks in my change ????????♀️. Hard to track all this with a crying child in the car, figured it out at home... no receipt ????
