Domino's Pizza

Can I give negative reviews? Jessica the "manager" needs help. We WERE loyal domino's pizza eaters. After we ordered for my sons 2nd birthday with company waiting for 2 ½ hours our order was just canceled. Ended up getting fast food at 830 at night to feed our kids. A few months later we gave them a regretfully a second chance. We waited another 2 hours after our order. I gave up and started making dinner from scratch. Once I was about to plate the meal a knocked was on the door. I told the delivery woman to find a new job with a better leader. This store needs to be closed or completely remanaged.

So I was just at this store and spoke with the general manager there of this particular store and she didn't resolve my issue that I have! I had gotten a Domino’s coupon for a free cheesy bread for being a loyal customer and she didn't accept my email that I had received yesterday. She simply said the emails have nothing to do with them and is out of their control. If she was a professional manager she would have accepted my email and given me a free cheesy bread that doesn’t cost them nothing! So now I am calling the corporate office and complaining to them about my situation and let's see what they can offer to me! I am very disappointed at the store and the quality of service she gave me as a loyal customer!

Horrible management! I ordered their new 5 cheese dip and they gave me pasta, when I called they said they couldn't fix it, I had to come up there and get it myself. When I asked if I could place ANOTHER PIZZA ORDER, and they comp the cheese dip "the so called manager" at that store hung up on me. Poor service. NEVER AGAIN CRYSTAL LOCATION YOU MESSED UP FOR THE LAST TIME! you location is garbage you don't care about customers. I hope you guys close down! ( The pic is supposed to be their 5 cheese dip! Clearly it is not)
