Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered pick up for 9:20pm. The doors were locked when we got there even though theyre open until 10pm. When they finally let my boyfriend in the pick it up he quickly grabbed our (cold) food and brought it home. We open up our food to see the salsa we ordered spilled and leaking everywhere and the bowls watery and half empty. Very dissappointing..

This location was absolutely horrible today! It was order online only to start off... placed order through app... Understand being short staffed but there was 1 person cooking(bless her heart) and 4 other people just going back and forth from the back to the front... 1 girl was going back and forth from back to front making orders... Why can't they just go on the line and do that? Waited 20 min over my pick up time... Ordered a steak bowl get home and there's no steak in the bowl just rice and veggies. So annoying. I usually frequent there and hasn't been bad in the past but the last 2 times within 2 weeks place has just gone down hill. Will be a while before I attempt to go back...

Ordered the "Keithadilla" for the hell of it to see what the hype was about... let's just say that I didn't get what I ordered at all. The Keithadilla is supposed to come with steak, fajitas, corn salsa, sour cream, and the chipotle vinaigrette....I received a steak quesadilla and sour cream, no fajitas, no corn salsa, no vinaigrette. What is the point of featuring an item if you aren't going to give the customer the featured item when they order it? Not to mention, the quesadilla I got was an absolute disaster. I made a complaint on the app and they gave me a reward for a free drink...what a joke.
