Waited 45 minutes at the drive thru before they told me they didn't receive an order, then my card was charged anyways. No resolution, just $30 gone. Not returning.
Meh. The food is fine, neither especially good nor especially bad. The service is terse and unfriendly, yet the job gets done. The whole atmosphere of the place is a bit off and unwelcoming. The multiple, hand made signs about the ever increasing cost for extra condiments are.... Not a good sign (for the record, I received zero condiments, or offers of condiments, for a three piece meal). I go to this location, the closest to me, only sporadically because they really make each customer feel like a burden. The macaroni upcharge is probably the point where I draw the line and I most likely won't be going back. Parking: Free and abundant parking. That being said, the whole area is poorly laid out and full of inattentive drivers.
