Applebee's Grill + Bar

Thanks Applebees for excellent service! I recently ordered a large amount of food for my son and his friends. Upon getting home we were missing two items. Called and Applebees’ employees took care of me with no issues. I truly appreciate that, after working a long shift. I’ll continue to patron here.

The Latham Applebee's is pretty typical Applebee's. We do like the 2for deals and usually go for the Fiesta Lime Chicken that is always good. The only negative is that the AC was so low we were freezing and did not enjoy our meal as much as we might otherwise. Service was good.

I came to this location for dinner and a few drinks I traveled from Rotterdam to this location for “better service” and nicer location, I arrived at the location about 8pm Saturday 10/7/23 with my husband and brother when we got there we awaited for someone to seat us and once we where seated we then waited for our server when the server came Brit or Bree what ever the manager Hanna said her name was she had sunglasses on her head but anyways bee or Brit comes over the sever asks my party and I what we wanted to drink if we wanted a “soda or lemonade” I stated no I wanted a drink with alcohol in it she was so nasty because I told her I needed a minute to decide and as if she expected me to know what I wanted to drink and eat at the same time of the Order she then stormed off nasty and when she came back I said you didn’t offer us one of these drinks and it’s says you have to give us one free shes replays um no i offered you soda so no your not getting that for free it was just a questi
