I was going to get a sandwich around 8:05pm. There was 3 people standing by door knocking on it to get sandwiches as well. We were waiting for the pretty sandwich maker to open the door and she ignored us. She had 2 people inside waiting on sandwiches while she was making theirs. The open sign was on,and the hours say till 9pm. So we all left and had to go down to cousins subs. Thanks pretty sandwich maker lady. I was very disappointed, because I was looking forward to a sub. P.S. my sister owns 6 Jersey Mike's in Wisconsin Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee.
Ordered two subs today via the Jersey Mike's app. Both were supposed to be on Rosemary Parmesan bread...when I picked them up, both were on regular white Italian bread. I had requested pickles on the side for both...neither had them. I had included our names so they could be marked and easily identified...that didn't happen. Finally, neither sub was cut in half. And the Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss sub seemed liked it had hardly anything in it. At these prices, I would expect a lot better. The whole experience was disappointing, and this isn't the first time this location has messed up an order. Not wanting to be insane, if I do ever order again from Jersey Mike's, it certainly won't be from this location.
All subs were great but loved the steak portobello hot sub, veggie and the club sub. Great organized process and customer service. Commend your team.
