Panera Bread

Have had horrible experience with Panera since they moved. I took a chance yet again today and ended up getting a green passion smoothie. It’s not even a smoothie, not even halfway blended. It had huge ice chunks in it along with huge pieces of spinach.

Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables. My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it.

The Panera in Latham is *great*. Our son has a huge list of food allergies and this is one of our few go-to places where we feel safe eating with him. The manager, Molly, is always there to work with us and make sure his food is safe. She's able to make him a bowl of just the grilled chicken (that would normally go on a salad) and it's one of our son's favourite things! Most of the workers know us now and they're all very friendly and inviting, even though our order is a bit more involved. :) Love the grain bowls! Bring back the classic ham-and-cheese sandwich!
