The cappuccino was very good but too hot to drink. It should be served ready to drink. I tried the egg bacon sausage wrap for the first time but was disappointed. I didn’t like the potatoes. However, there are many breakfast choices that I like.

I always have a good experience on the customer side, but I used to work here. Management doesn't care about anyone that isn't a corporate bootlicker. As a black person, I've experienced many microagressions and racism working here thanks to my white coworkers. I'm giving 5 stars for every single barista in there that respected and understood me. THEY do the work to keep this company operating. I can't wait for them to unionize.

I’m going to ignore the wait. But clearly you only have one or two people working if you have to lock the door and turn off online ordering. One order is being taken every ten minutes. Hire more people and stop using and abusing the ones you have.
