American Wings and Hibachi

Stopped in young black , skinny girl, at front gave me the wrong order. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get right order. Little girl, still on her phone, an d didn't even check my order again, didn't care anything about her job, nor providing good service, to customers. Upon returning home, the steak was poor quality, and over cooked to the point, that , the steak was crunchy, spent over $20 here, and regret every bit of it.

I’m not sure what happened. I use to order from here, and the food was good and fresh. But now it’s just bad in all honesty. Yesterday August 7th I ordered food for me and my mother. one whitening fish combo which was suppose to come with fries (but didn’t) and one burger combo. The burger was fine but the fries wasn’t fresh, and even that wasn’t that bad compared to the fish. The fish I ordered for my mother was spoiled, That’s beyond ridiculous and disgusting. If I didn’t checked the food I would have never known, And my mother could’ve gotten very sick.

I ordered chicken and shrimp pasta. Despite the upcharge, they decided to leave my shrimp out and give me chicken and broccoli instead. I also ordered a side of fried okra. Instead they decided I should have French fries. i want my money back because this is not what I ordered, and it’s not what I want.
