Order was not correct. Both foot longs were missing ingredients. The employee insisted all ingredients were put on the sandwiches when clearly they were not. Do not do an online order unless you want it screwed up, from the type of bread to the ingredients ordered.If they say they will get back with you, don't believe them. Normally they get it right, but not this time. Poor customer service. ????
Asked a question about my sandwich preparation and I was responded back with a smart remark by the older gentleman, the younger gentleman had very good service but the man who made my sandwich basically told me he works at Subway i don't so don't question it but little does he know I used to work Subway! I will not return bc of the way he treated me.
The women, I think she's an owner, got sassy because "she" forgot what "I" ordered! Then I think she over toasted my bread out of being spiteful, it's your product silly!
