Waffle House

Well where do I begin... The place had flies everywhere. My server looked liked she had been beaten up with a black eye. Food was good but I should NEVER have to keep fanning flies away when I eat out. Horrible experience. Stay away...

Just went to order breakfast at 7:15am...doors are locked. Workers are inside looking at me through the windows. Neither of them said anything. I called on the phone multiple times and no one answered. I will not be back to this location. There were also others wanting assistance. The workers need to be trained on customer service because this was terrible and not a good representation of your company.

Went there yesterday with a friend. Walked into the restaurant and no one greeted us. Customers were sitting and standing around so we didn’t know who was waiting for a table or who was waiting for a to go order, we were on our own. So the host finally told us about the guests waiting (with no personality). There was only one waitress working and she had an attitude. At first I ordered my eggs scrambled then a second later I told her to change it to fried, she let out a big sigh saying “you changed it 3 times!” when I only changed my order once. The OJ was sour tasting and when we told her she didn’t apologize, just brought another one and when we asked for sugar for the coffee she just kinda slammed it on the table. I don’t care where I eat, WH or a premium restaurant, the service should be on point. The service here was cringy.
