AMA Sushi

Get the Crispy Crab Roll!!! The food here was very good. Everything was fresh and had great flavor and the restaurant was very modern and clean. Very chill atmosphere and friendly staff and the plating of the food was beautiful. Prices are also very good for the quality of their fish. Will be coming back for sure! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options! Kid-friendliness: AMA has a decent size kids menu with a variety of items. Parking: Parking can be a little tricky in this part of Edina. We usually park in the street in one of the conjoined neighborhoods and then walk to the restaurant as it’s not that far.

Came here for my hour long lunch break, went inside to check in and asked if I could sit outside. Sat outside in the little two seater table. Servers were friendly, checked in on me 3 or 4 times with in that hour. My water glass was never empty, and the Sushi and Sashimi Deluxe Combo was very reasonably priced! I was thrilled that I was even greeted by my server with a complimentary bowl of miso soup! I enjoyed the weather and my lunch, will be back again.

Fantastic quality sushi - some of the best I've had in the area. It's a smaller restaurant, so seating can feel cramped but the food is absolutely fantastic and worth your time. Sashimi is cut generously, fish is high quality, and prices are very reasonable. Definitely also try out some of their Tibetan momo while you're here too - they taste rich and warming. I'll certainly be back to try more of their menu, we walked in a little late and had to order in a bit of rush
