Really great. Typical Indian flavors, with a modern spin on presentation and creative interpretation of classics. Curried Sage & Coconut Soup is a beautiful dance of assertive and delicate flavors on the palate. Baingan Bharta (Eggplant) Moussaka provided rich layers of flavor. Gosht Kundan Kaliyan (Goat Stew) was a velvety delight. Cauliflower Koliwada Fritters are beautifully crisp, perfectly battered & delicately seasoned. Palak Paneer is so green I wonder what they've done to it, but it's flavor is nice and the presentation is very modern. Butter Chicken is ridiculously rich and just as it should be, with interestingly large chunks of tasty chicken. Wild Mushroom & Truffle Naan is so assertive it almost overpowers the dishes you eat it with, which really says something for full flavored Indian food. Almost a dish on its own and truly fantastic. If you want a high end Indian experience you will not be disappointed.

Hands-down the most enjoyable Indian food and restaurant in the Twin Cities. Every dish is flavorful and intentional, and the presentation and service is exceptional. This place was a good find. It’s modern Indian cuisine and I like the way they established there restaurant. They have a good menu and many things to try. I liked there dish presentations and taste is 4/5 on all of the items. The items we tried are : Blackened chicken 4/5 Truffle oil chicken tikka 4/5 Nargisi kofta 5/5 for rice and 3/5 on Scottish egg Chur chur parota 4/5 Gosht Kundan Kaliyan (Goat Stew) 4/5 Jal tarang (pani Puri) 5/5 Rasmalai mousse and dragon fruit tango 3.5/5 Rice in nargisi kofta was amazing and was so flavorful. Scottish egg just need some flavor and the dish would be perfecto. Overall this is an amazing place to try out.
