Ordered fries no salt. Asked the cashier at the window if my fries had no salt and she asked the ordertaker but I never got an answer and although my receipt had no salt when I checked my order I had salt on hard, burnt fries.
This customer service after 3 is horrible. I paid for extra fries; they were dry and burnt. The wings were COLD as ICE. Lastly I was in the toilet, INSTANTLY!!! I will never go to this restaurant again.
The drive thru is always slow. You may or may not have to wait to the side for your order after paying for it. The food is always hot and fresh. So if you don't mind the possible wait time, then this is the perfect place. You can't go wrong with a Zaxby's House Fried Zalad!
