THAT Burger Spot! #1

Fresh! Hot Juicy! Flavor! Seasoning Dripping with hot grease. Cooked to order. The burgers and cheesesteak are amazing! No complaints with food or service. Prices though ???? well the food makes up for that.

My second time visiting. Not impressed, again. Especially now that you have to place your order on the kiosk with no assistance. The speed of the cooks were extremely slow. As I watched them, it looked as if they were literally moving in slow motion. Don't get me wrong, I can certainly appreciate the burger being cooked to order and maybe they just needed additional assistance in the kitchen. Food presentation, to me, was good (very important to me), but it appears that the type of beef has changed. Unfortunately, they will not be granted a third time for a strike out. No pictures taken.

I love to support our black businesses especially in the community, but I’m tired of the lack of customer service this new generation put out at their place of employment. That burger spot charges for toppings and it becomes frustrating when those toppings are not added to your sandwich the first time when it’s clearly on the receipt. You bring it to their attention and the young people still don’t read with comprehension and add the wrong toppings to the wrong sandwich. I wanted to be that customer, but luckily my child had to get home. This is poor service. They don’t feel nothing about messing up customer’s food. Look how poorly he made these impossible Phillies. I just want great hard workers. These kids don’t want to work and it shows which is not great for the brand.
