Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went through the drive through today to get lunch for myself and two coworkers. We ordered and paid for 8 extra sauces on top of what already comes with each meal. When I placed my order, everything was repeated back to me correctly including the sauces. When I got to the window, she assured me that all my extra sauces were in there. I had three drinks and the bag of food to handle and make sure nothing spilled, so i took her word for it because I figured that a place that makes you pay for every additional sauce will actually assure they are in there before handing it to the customer. Well, they were not in there. We were missing 5 of the 8 sauces we paid for. Granted, at 25 cents each, it is not breaking the bank. But we were all shorted some sauces and I’m sorry, but when you have your heart set on your favorite dipping sauces, it can turn you into a bit of a drama queen about it. First time here, ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal for $8.29 +tax. Asked for 1 additional sauce to finish my meal and they charged me .25 cents. When you're a business that can't afford to give a customer 1 additional sauce, you're doing bad business. I prefer to pay the extra .25 on the original price than have to pay additional to finish your meal. .25 cents cost them a family of 5 never going back.
