Mellow Mushroom North Charleston

I love Mellow Mushroom! One of my favorite restaurants! (I am sad we don’t have one in NY) our server was a sweetheart and I had the pretzel bites with beer cheese which are so so yummy!

Whenever I visit Charleston, I always have Mellow Mushroom at least once because they have delicious vegan options. I like to build my own pizza with toppings of my preference. On this occasion I ordered a large crispy, thin crust with no butter or parmesan, with light sauce, follow your heart mozzarella shreds, tempeh, mushrooms, green bell pepper, and sweet onion. The sauce makes or breaks a pizza, this sauce elevates everything. Cada vez que visito Charleston, siempre como Mellow Mushroom al menos una vez porque tienen deliciosas opciones veganas. Me gusta armar mi propia pizza con ingredientes de mi preferencia. En esta ocasión pedí una masa, crocante y grande sin mantequilla ni parmesano, con salsa ligera, sigue tu corazón mozzarella rallada, tempeh, champiñones, pimiento verde y cebolla dulce. The mushroom soup was AwEsOmE and so pleasingly presented with chive slivers and tangy cheese shavings. We ate out on the patio and all of the food we ordered, plus the service was delightful. Our young server was so friendly, pleasant and professional, I wish I could remember her name. She wore mushroom earrings—that’s all I can recall. ????
