Terrible service. Waited over an hour to be seated. The table was cleaned for 30 minutes and still wasn't seated because the Staff had an attitude. One of my colleagues started cleaning the tables to speed things up. Not a good choice for service

It took half an hour to take our drink order, and another half an hour before some of the drinks arrived...a full 1.5 hrs before all drinks arrived, and then we had to take our cups to the bar for refills. Finally received 3 of the 4 meals after 1.5 hrs. All were stone cold, and two of them were incorrect... The appetizer came after 1 hr (wrong appetizer) and the corrected one arrived somewhere in the middle of the meal. We had to beg for our children's meals, which came right before we left, and then beg for cutlery. My own meal first came out stone cold, then the wrong meal, then the manager came out to insist that it was the correct meal (wouldn't I know what I ordered??). I finally asked for my meal to be taken off the bill, and I took myself to the Five Guys, and had a burger within 5 minutes. I have never, ever, seen anything like this at a restaurant. The Hostess greeted me with a great attitude and smile, sitting me centralized in the middle at a booth facing multiple Tv screens which was perfect! I ordered a Pineapple Monito which was absolutely amazing! Mercedes is the bartender…she’s skilled with the glasses! My drink was very refreshing, just perfectly mixed as you can taste the cane sugar, lime, mint leaves and Starry. Who cares about 210 calories tasting this good!???? I also had wings with Asian sweet & spicey sauce, I’m sold and can’t wait to try other combinations. This location has over 40+ screens to meet your sporting pleasures of the ultimate fan from Basketball, Football, Nascar, and Baseball…you cannot go wrong as a Sports Fanatic. Tremara was my waitress and she was phenomenal with a pleasant demeanor, 100% customer friendly, polite and patient. I couldn’t ask for a perfect human being. She goes by “T”, trust me…ask for her. Ultimately I had a great experience between the music, atmosphere, service & no not to me
