Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was my first time at your restaurant. Holly waited on me and she was absolutely wonderful. She gave me suggestions she's very very sweet and the food was great. She's a very good asset to your company.

I usually like this place. We ordered through door dash tonight and after spending over $30 for two meals, it was not good. Fries stale, chicken was stale with both the wings and grilled sandwhich. No way it was fresh. Also missing the zaxby sauce. Very disappointing.

The only thing that’s consistent about this restaurant is how disappointing it is. While we have had other poor experiences, tonight was the last time I ever wanted to try eating here. Sometimes the workers are semi-friendly, but they are usually abrupt and not accommodating. They will always have you pull forward “for a few minutes” and then leave you sitting and waiting for you food while person after person is served behind you. Tonight waited for 24 minutes for a sandwich, two orders of fries, and some wings. After arriving home (which is about a mile away), we found that our fries weren’t even fresh ????. My boyfriend is a big fan of the variety that the chain brings to chicken, but I don’t know that I’ll be able to continue to stomach the glaring customer services issues and lack of freshness.
