Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Drive thru was smooth. Customer service was good. The price for our food was decent. The wings, tenders, and fries were really good. They were very seasoned. It might not be good for high blood pressure but it was very good to me! I wish the portions were a little bigger though.

So I went to this location on today and ordered a Zaxby’s signature club meal w/o Zax sauce and pickles. The young lady repeated the order back and it was on the receipt , but I received a piece of chicken on bun. The drive thru line was long so I noticed a employee outside and asked her to see if they could fix my order. She took it back and but explained she got into a little trouble bc I was supposed to take it back. Ms. Tinie you did an excellent job and I appreciate you for fixing the order. If they would’ve gotten it right this could’ve been avoided. Employees shouldn’t be lectured for taking the time to help a customer when their co workers are the ones who messed up! Please do better!

No way ever. Went here, we ate and as soon as my relative got in the car. ???????? all outside the car. Stomach hurt and upset. The kickin chicken sandwich bread was hard. The fries tasted old. I know from working at a fast food, some ppl complain and those “workers” do something to your food. But I guarantee I won’t go back here.
