Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Entered the line at 7:56pm. It’s currently 8:43pm and I’m still waiting for my order. If I hadn’t already paid via app I would’ve left. Won’t be returning unless it’s dine in.

I love Popeyes Chicken but I won’t be ordering from this location again. I asked for my food to be prepared hot and was told it would be but my chicken was not hot at all. This is the second time I have had this issue with this location. I also have a friend who had a photo of her credit card taken in drive thru. I think corporate definitely needs to step in and do additional training here.

They were out of most sides so I asked for red beans & rice, and an extra biscuit in place of the other side. I was told they were out of coke zero. They were also out of bottled water. I asked what other diet or zero drinks they had and was just told to pull around. The girl at the window asked "did you have a Hi-C?" and I replied "no, I was told y'all are out of coke zero, what other zeros or diets do you have?" The guy that took my order said something to her, and then looked at me and looked away. (I immediately thought "check your drink"). She then quickly said, "oh, I guess they made your coke zero and then ran out". I HATE I didn't check before I drove off, and instead relied on honesty ????????‍♀️ My first mistake. The drink was regular coke. I know, I know... people will ask "how you gonna eat fried chicken but drink a coke zero". I don't know! I prefer the taste of coke zero over regular coke!
