Zero customer service since kiosk are put in. I ordered door dash in advance to pick up in advance. I literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes staring at my order on their counter next to my drink before anyone even acknowledged me and there were employees right there on the other side staring at me as they were making orders, talking.
