During last in-store visit, cashier was new, no problem with that, struggled with scanning rewards app, asked for help, large sized the orders, gave me small cups instead of large cups. Long wait for 2 orders. One person handling mobile and in-store orders, finally got orders, did not include large unseasoned fries as requested, they offered to give me more fries, waited longer, when received the additional fries, they were seasoned. Not a positive experience. Will not be going back indefinitely.

Burnt my brothers toast and I didn't get one even though I payed for it. The fries on both meals were soggy. Chicken was good and crispy honestly the best part of the meal.
