Horrible service, we ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and a crispy chicken sandwich and we ended up getting the 2 McGriddles and no crispy chicken sandwich, we then proceeded to wait upwards of 10 minutes for a crispy chicken sandwich to be made. Used to be good, terrible service now, never come here on a Saturday morning

Last week I had a terrible customer service experience. The young lady who took my order at the drive through was very rude. When I got to the window two young ladies were treating the older lady at the window terribly. If they had issues with her, they shouldn’t be mean to her and certainly not in front of customers. It made me never want to go back.

I will never go to this McDonalds again. I went through the drive through this morning around 10:30 am . Handed my food and the bag reeked of a fragranced scented oil, lotion , perfume or cologne. It was overwhelming. So strong caused my throat to swell, arms to burn. Put the bag in back floor board still permeated my car Called spoke to manager super rude, no help. I noticed the older lady at window seemed to affect her also. I had to stop and throw my food in the closest trash can. Come home and air my car out. Keep the fragrances at home.
