Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’m a regular customer at this location due to the convenience of being close to my office. This location has made significant improvements! If I had done my review after the first few visits, it would have been a 2 star. I place my order through the app, and every time I went to pick it up, I would stand there waiting.... no one ever greeted me or even looked my way. They just kept on doing whatever they were doing. I even had an employee walk to the front counter, not even address or acknowledge me and walk away as if I didn’t exist. I’ve seen great improvements with that though. And the food is always delicious, freshly prepared. The restaurant is always clean. Keep up the great work and keep striving for improvement!

I purchased a jerk chicken wrap with a banana and peanut butter smoothie! Very delicious!

Easily the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been too. I had 3 employees starring me down as I ordered my food and they all appeared extremely flustered for some reason. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I was the only person in there. They may have had some pick up orders I don’t know. But then when I got home with my food… I opened it, and they forgot the rice to the Baja chicken bowl. This is like forgetting the bun for a cheeseburger. I was in shock, but just made my own rice. Unbelievable experience since it was around 3pm and not even busy.
