This is the worse Zaxby's I have ever been to. The chicken was hard and cold and dry! The fries weren't hot either not very fresh but they were softer than the chicken was. The fully staffed team members seemed more interested in horse playing and chit chatting with each other than to care about their customers. Very disappointed in Zaxby's!
Got the Asia salad at Franklin restaurant was not as good or as big as the Shelbyville Zaxby. Couldn't order extra egg rolls and customer service was not great act like it was hurting them to wait on you. Won't be back
Hot fresh chicken. Fried dill pickles were tasty. Love Zaxby's ice. Employee that took our order was professional. We will eat here again.
