I suppose the most important thing about a restaurant is the food. Zaxby's food is okay. I've never liked it a lot though. The chicken is stringy and tough. That's been true for every location I've been to. This one is the same. I did used to like their grilled chicken salads. Unfortunately they got rid of all the dressings I liked. The prices have also gone up to ridiculous levels. Three little pieces of chicken shouldn't cost over $10.
Awesome staff and good food! Highly understaffed and the drive thru is one of the slowest I’ve been in for a Zaxbys. Fix the issues. You should be learning from these reviews, not ignoring them.
I got a partial order. My order was the loaded fries add tongue torch sauce and a 3 nibble meal. Why did I get a loaded fries no tongue torch sauce and a chicken finger plate with slaw?
