J. R. Crickets Fayetteville

I've been here three times & have always been disappointed. The staff is always nice & hard working, but it's always something wrong like they're out of something or like recently, no bartender. The waitress made the drinks the best she could. Always one waitress working the entire restaurant(weeknights). Not a good business practice nor good customer service. Need to do better

Do not waste your time or money. Was there for 90 minutes. 15 minutes for the menu, 30 more minutes to get the food, and another 30 minutes to get the check. It took a hot 15 minutes to eat the food, that was wrong because she wrote our order on a napkin. My husband even asked her if she was going to get it right because she was scribbling it out on the napkin. They wait five minutes before they bring out the food to tell us that there’s no hamburger buns and only Texas toast and asked if we wanted to change our order. After waiting this long why bother. At least toast the bread?? Guess not. The service is horrible. Absolutely atrocious. When do you ever know a JR Crickets to be 80% empty in the middle of a Saturday afternoon? What a rookie move on my part. I brought the check back because it was wrong and I took it upon myself to stand at the register and not give her an opportunity to disappear again. With her ghetto fabulous self, she put on a 20% gratuity on the check and said hit

We really wanted to love this place, but were met with disappointments, one after the other. First, waited over 40 minutes to receive a simple online pick up order (after being told it would take 10 minutes). Spent $40 on wings, thinking it would be worth the money and time. Only to go home and find wings the size of a baby's pinky finger. Like literally. The smallest wings we have ever bought. Ever. How can you justify the price of $40 for 20 of the smallest wings to ever be produced? Bottom line, don't waste your time or money with this place. Unless you like eating wings from baby chickens that just hatched.
