I have always had good experiences with this McDonald's until recently. The young cashier didn't show any customer service by abandoning the window after I paid for my food and didn't want to give me my change. This left a bad taste in my mouth and will cause me to abandon this establishment until I see better customer service!
Brutally understaffed. Single touch-screen kiosk for dining room customers. Kiosks usually out of paper so you have no receipt. Nobody working registers. Employees don’t look at or greet customers. They look unhappy. The owners need to hire double the people…I saw multiple customers just walk out in frustration while dropping expletives.
Horrible service, at 11:30 am the dining room is still not open. When it is open the staff is very unfriendly, they really need some customer service training.
