Today I went to Zaxbys and normally my order and food are great. Not sure what happen today if no one wanted to be there and just bad customer service. I ordered my food and asked for a side salad. Instead of saying we don't have those anymore you ordered a salad for me. When I get to pay the person at the window reviewed my order and I state again I wanted a side salad. Then she tells me oh we don't have those anymore and hands me a order. I paid for the food because I did not want to argue or difficult since I know people in the industry are given a hard time. When I got home my wings seem old and my fries seems like they were cooked an hour ago. My fingers were cooked to a hard crisp. I am just so upset. Take aways if there are no more side salads please remove from your menu online. I have never had an issue and have been to Zaxbys at least twice a week for lunch because your fast and the quality is normally great. Just wanted to share my experience. They were extremely nice, few people ordered a TON of food in front of me, I had maybe a 45 second wait until I was at the window, was greeted with respect and my food was out instantly. Dacula zaxbys y’all rock !
I had a little issue with my order and the manager Crystal took care of me right away. I appreciate the help that they gave me. This is one of the quickest Zaxbys drive-throughs in Gwinnett County. I appreciate you all!!
