Dairy Queen

The lady handed my boyfriend a half melted blizzard he ordered for me, (I was working a 12 hour shift) She wouldn't flip it. For obvious reasons.. After swipping his card he waited for something he ordered and she said they didn't make that item anymore.. even after he paid for it. She didn't refund it. I've been here multiple times... Most of the time the food was literally "okay".. often it was bad but went there bc besides Zaxby's there's nothing in this area. As few times as I already come here. I won't be back.

Their food is infested with hair... this is not just the first time this has happened.. yet after finding hair in my family's food. I tried to call 20+ times from 8-9. That night the same day and they wouldn't answer. After finding the receipt in my wife's purse a couple days later I tried again to call and got a very rude and unprofessional owner. I was told that it was my fault that I should of called the same day. I told him I did 20+ times and said I have screenshots and picture of the hair all in our food. Yet he continued to be extremely rude and refused to refund... please be careful for you and your family health and well-being don't eat at this hair infested place. If they refuse to wear face covers for facial hair I wouldn't be surprised if their is a lot worse stuff Going on there! Please be careful!! Don't eat here!!

They don't know the ingredients that go in a Tropical or Hawaiian Blizzard. When I told her what the ingredients were she got upset, said they've been in business 17 yrs, ok, I get it, but it doesn't change the fact you don't know the ingredients. Apparently, they don't know the price either, because it's different every time I go.
