very poor customer service by the owner. I am a DoorDash driver and also my family patrons there. The owner was very impatient and rude during my pick up and he is not busy at this time. It is almost 9 PM on a weeknight and instead of directing me politely he was very rude and saying aggravated I will not go back to the store nor will my teenagers. Very rude and unappreciative.

I usually NEVER have an issue with this location however, my husband placed an order on 9/28/2022 with tip included making our total $50. I checked my bank statements on 9/30/2022 and notice there's a charge for $60. Called the store and they acted as if they had no clue as to why we were charged over the amount ????, TYPICAL. Had to call my bank and dispute it because they basically STOLE money from us. I DON'T CONDONE AND WON'T IGNORE THIS. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS AS WELL!

I just picked up 2 pizzas. They were perfect. I have been buying my pizzas from Marco’s in Dacula for Over 4 years. The staff always is pleasant, courteous and anxious to help. It’s hard to find a good establishment that’s perfect ALL THE TiME, plus dealing with the public isn’t always easy. COVID has Made life difficult. Thank You Marco’s/ Dacula
