Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Not too happy with this place. At lunch, food was delicious, didn't have to wait long. I had went there the night before for dinner. If you are open til 10 then you should still be serving all menu items. I was told they ran out of food and only had selected items salad and boneless wings. Went the the next day and they had full menu. I know you want to get out and get home after closing, but don't make my experience bad cause you don't want to cook.

I placed an order at 9:17 and it said it would be ready at 9:29. My money was taken and the order was not fulfilled. The manager would make it though drive-thru was open and told me to come back tomorrow. I was yelled at and hung up on. The manager was very rude. I didn’t eat dinner to say the least. I am frustrated with the lack of professional and ability to think critically. With a receipt and confirmation number, I shouldn’t have to go through all of that and leave unsatisfied because there system is working. At the end of the day, it was pure laziness!

Horrible customer service at this location. Chicken was not cooked properly. Fries were not seasoned. They forgot to send our drinks with door dash and then refused to give us the drinks. They really need to hire new management. Whoever is there now doesn't act like they even want to be there. Rude and unapologetic. Even after my disabled uncle walked 30min up there to get our drinks, he was sent back without them and I was told to reorder through door dash. We spent $60+ on this order.
