Arby's

Last night was great. But a few days earlier I TRIED to get a couple of roast beef sandwiches and THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF! I understand we have a supply chain issue in the country BUT Arby's being out of roast beef, INCREDIBLE. I never would have believed it. That's like the Colonial being out of chicken !!!????????????????✌Your STILL my favorite fast food. Even if the service is slower, I think that means that they make your food to order more than others, the food is FAR superior in my humble opinion .

Asked for no cheese on a kids slider because step daughter is lactose but gave her cheese anyways because the guy told us "the slider doesn't have cheese" when we ordered it with no cheese. And gave us crinkle cut fries when asked for curly while making us wait. It'd be different if we waited and it was right but it wasn't. And I guess the default size is small but we weren't even asked what size meal we wanted.

Pulled up only to be told they had no roast beef or lemonade (which I didn't want anyway). Ended up paying way too much for the amount of food I received. As I was waiting for my food, I heard the cashier tell a customer that their system just went down and it wouldn't be back up for another 30 minutes. This is the second time I've heard that same line. Interesting...unfortunately, not going back-and they haven't been open at this location long...smh
