Customer service for the drive through. Really needs some help. The Girl said you aren’t making any sense.what don’t make any sense she can not take a order. The whole order was Messed up. Was a rude as can be. Then she closed the window and laughed the whole time and the manager come to the window and give the food out. I would like the crop number. If anyone has it please let me know.

Saturday 11-12-2022, I ordered online and was coming to the restaurant to pick up my order. I saw this young man helping an older lady get her order in at the kiosk. The way he dressed, and he was patient and polite with her I thought immediately he worked there. Well, there were two other people already waiting for their order and the elderly lady that was just helped. I saw two people at the counter waiting on their order and the kitchen staff of three maybe four people working in the back. As I stood there that young man looked like he was browsing the menu when another person came in after me to pick up a mobile order. The manager immediately said, "You have to place your orders from the kiosk." Then while the young man was standing there he said in a nasty way to that young man "Move you have been at that kiosk 5 times today, and you are not getting anything." I was appalled. How rude. Unprofessional like NOTHING I've ever seen. They may as well skip 'taking your order'. After supposedly taking the order,they give you what they want you to have. We ordered 2 lge #1's. One with cheese and one without....2 lge root beer sodas. We received both with cheese( and so sloppy they fell apart) tea for both drinks. EVERY time we go to THIS location, there is an issue. Never again.
