Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Oh where to begin! The food at Zaxbys can be described in hundreds of ways! From their famous chicken, to their unique sauces, there is truly something for everyone here! While the looks of this restaurant have much to be desired, the food makes up for it ten fold! I usually prefer the drive through anyway! Highly recommend, possibly even over Chick-fil-A!

I appreciate the music selection inside the store, however the dine in experience is not good. It felt like the AC was broken, it smells pretty bad in the seating area. There was dirt and stuff caked on the carpet mats. Tables had previous customer left over crumbs and spilled drinks on tables. The door handle coming in was sticky, there were bugs crawling in the floor in the ladies room and ripped toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. The chicken tenders had an off texture but the fries were standard. I'm thoroughly turned off from this location of Zaxbys probably for a very long time. When there's a chic fil a right across the street they don't seem to be worried about competition based on cleanliness and done in experiences.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes before getting help from any workers. The worker also stated they were out of Zac sauce. I would never come back to this Zaxby’s location.
