Just got home from Chick-fil-A Hickory Flat, GA with my meal. Ordered med fries. Looking at the the top of the waffle fries container it looked like a full container with whole waffle fries. The top of the fry container only had 2 or 3 that were whole waffle fries the rest were tiny bits and pieces. Who ever filled my order knew exactly that they were "short changing" me. Not the first time either Very disappointed.
Awesome experience, right before the height of rush hour at dinner time.. I was so blessed to be served by Tamara who engaged in small talk during the short-drive through line, thanking me for coming to her business! Wow, excellent customer service that many restaurants in the area are currently lacking... As a former retail manager, I wish I had ten Tamara's working for me. Great job Chick-fil-A and kudos to your employees at the Hickory Flat location.
