The food is decent but the owner/management does not know the meaning of customer service. We had a reservation to be seated in the patio area. We were bumped and seated upstairs even though we were 10 min early and there was an empty table set up for 8-10 people in the patio. When we told management that we specifically asked for the patio because we had out-of-town family and friends and was assured it would not be a problem, she said there was nothing they could do and, if we didn't like it, we were free to leave! We will never go back!!

I attended a private wedding rehearsal dinner at this restaurant on Oct 7, 2022. I have never been at a restaurant that was not quite ready to serve approximately 50 guests. There was 1 server for this dinner party. It started with salad, then bowls of rice, bowls of green beans, bowls of potatoes, bowls of mixed vegetables were served in that order. Plates of chicken & beef steak were then served. All of the above items not plated & served by course. The desserts were best thing served. I’m not sure what style of dining this was. I hope maybe this was just a bad night. I was a guest & do not know cost per person. Vernon/ Louisiana
